A flash is a drawing finished before anyone asked for it. It is a whole idea rather than a sketch — it does not get redesigned, but its size and placement are fitted to you.
Some flash go to one person only. Once one is claimed it comes off the free list and moves to the bottom of the page as an example. Others are open to anyone, as many times as they are asked for.
Claiming a flash is quick: name the drawing in your message and say where and how big. There is no separate design round.

Most of the work is custom: a drawing made for you from what you describe. A creature, a plant, a mood, a name — tell the idea the way you picture it.
A custom piece always starts with getting in touch. The drawing itself only starts once the idea, the size and the placement have been agreed — nothing is drawn before there is agreement about what the picture is.
The finished drawing is not shown in full in advance. The direction, the framing and the size are gone through together, and the final drawing is seen at the appointment before anything touches skin.

A tattoo makes a present. The card carries the recipient, the amount and who it is from — the drawing, the size and the day are agreed with the recipient afterwards, the same way every other piece is.
The card is personal to them and valid for two years from the day it was bought. Send a message to ask about one and we will sort out the rest.
